DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Our typical processing time for orders is between 1-5 business days. We ship body butters and other products that have low melting points on Monday's and Tuesday's so they do not sit in a warehouse or carrier truck over the weekend to melt. 

We ship orders via USPS or UPS. You are able to select your preferred shipping carrier upon checkout.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

Luxxy Body is responsible for processing and fulfilling your order accurately and promptly. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

For orders marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.):

  • We consider our obligation fulfilled once we hand your order over to the carrier.
  • Any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after handover is not the responsibility of Luxxy Body
  • We strongly recommend signature confirmation (available at checkout) for apartment buildings or areas with package security concerns

"For orders that show 'In Transit' but never 'Delivered':

  • If your tracking shows the package was not delivered (lost in transit, damaged, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours
  • We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf based on the shipping insurance included with your order
  • Resolution will depend on the carrier's investigation and insurance coverage:
    • Basic shipping includes limited carrier liability ($50-100 depending on carrier)
    • Additional shipping insurance purchased at checkout covers the full order value
  • Claims typically take 10-15 business days to process through the carrier
  • Any refunds or replacements will be processed after we receive reimbursement from the carrier
