General Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that Luxxybody is a small, business and our products are made with care — occasionally processing may take the full 5 business days depending on order volume.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by location after shipment.

Shipping Rates:

  • Flat rate shipping: $4.99 on all orders
  • Free shipping: On orders of $50 or more.

Warm Weather Shipping Policy (Late May – Late October)

Our Skin Soufflés are handcrafted with 100% real butters and premium oils — no water, no fillers, no synthetic thickeners. Because of the pure, natural composition of our Soufflés, they are sensitive to heat during transit in warmer months.

To protect your products, we take the following precautions during our warm weather shipping season (approximately late May through late October, depending on weather conditions):

Orders containing Skin Soufflé will ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only, regardless of when the order is placed. This ensures your package spends the shortest time possible in transit and avoids sitting in hot warehouses, delivery trucks, or on porches over the weekend.

Orders that do not contain Skin Soufflé will continue to ship within 1-3 business days as usual.

Outside of the warm weather season (approximately November through mid-May), all orders — including those with Skin Soufflé — ship within the standard 1-3 business day window.

How We Protect Your Soufflé During Shipping

We do everything we can to ensure your Skin Soufflé arrives in the best condition possible:

  • All Soufflé orders are packaged with thermal insulated liners to shield against heat.
  • Ice packs are included during warm weather months to help maintain product temperature during transit.
  • Our Monday/Tuesday shipping schedule is specifically designed to minimize time in transit.

Despite our best efforts, there is a chance that Soufflés may soften or partially melt during transit in extreme heat conditions (temperatures exceeding 100°F). This is a natural result of using real butters and oils rather than water, synthetic fillers, or chemical stabilizers.

If your Soufflé softens or melts during shipping:

Simply place it in a cool area at room temperature and allow it to firm back up for a few hours. The quality, effectiveness, and scent of your product are not affected in any way. A softened Soufflé is proof that you're getting real, premium ingredients — not a watered-down imitation.

Tips for Receiving Your Soufflé (Warm Weather)

To ensure the best experience with your Skin Soufflé during warmer months, we recommend:

  • Ship to a workplace or business address where packages are brought inside immediately.
  • Request USPS Hold for Pickup at your local post office — this is a free service available at usps.com or by contacting your local post office. Your package stays inside a climate-controlled facility until you pick it up.
  • Bring your package inside as soon as possible after delivery. Avoid letting it sit on a hot porch, in a mailbox, or in a parked car.

Warm Weather Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Skin Soufflé during the warm weather shipping season (late May through late October), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Soufflé orders ship Mondays and Tuesdays only between late May and late October.
  • Luxxybody packages Soufflé orders with thermal insulation and ice packs, but is not responsible for melting, softening, or texture changes that occur due to heat exposure during transit or after delivery.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve packages promptly and store products in a cool area.
  • If your Soufflé softens during transit, placing it in a cool area will restore its texture. This does not affect product quality.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued for products that have melted or softened due to heat exposure during or after delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.
