LUXXYBODY RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our Policy at a Glance
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.
- Refunds are available only if requested before your order has shipped.
- Luxxybody is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed off to the carrier.
Why We Don't Accept Returns
Luxxybody products are handcrafted in small batches using premium butters, oils, and ingredients. Because our products are applied directly to the skin and are personal care items, we cannot accept returns for health, safety, and hygiene reasons.
Once a product has left our facility, we have no way of knowing how it has been stored, handled, or whether it has been opened or used. Accepting returned personal care products and reselling them would compromise the quality and safety standards we hold ourselves to — and that's something we will never do.
As a small, twin-founded business, every jar, bottle, and tube is made with care. We stand behind the quality of everything we create, and we want every Luxxy Bae to be completely happy with their purchase. If you have any concerns about a product you've received, please reach out to us at info@luxxybody.com and we will do our best to make it right.
Cancellations & Refunds Before Shipping
If you need to cancel your order or request a refund, please contact us at info@luxxybody.com as soon as possible.
- If your order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If your order has already shipped, we are unable to issue a refund or cancellation. All sales are final once the order is in transit.
To check whether your order has shipped, look for a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have received that email, your order is already on its way and is no longer eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging every order, but we understand that things can occasionally happen during transit. If your product arrives damaged or defective — such as a broken jar, a leaking bottle, or a product that is clearly not as described — please contact us at info@luxxybody.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective product
- A photo of the packaging it arrived in
We will review your claim and work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement product at our discretion. Please do not discard the damaged product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Please note: Skin Soufflés that have softened or melted due to heat exposure during transit or after delivery are not considered damaged or defective. This is a natural result of our use of real butters and oils. Please refer to our Warm Weather Shipping Policy for more details on how to restore your Soufflé and how to protect your order during warmer months.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
Once your order has been picked up by the carrier (USPS), it is no longer in Luxxybody's possession or control. Luxxybody is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or marked as delivered but not received.
All orders are shipped with USPS tracking, and we insure shipments for your protection. If your package is lost, stolen, or not received, here is what to do:
Step 1 — Check your tracking information. Confirm the delivery status and verify the delivery address on your order. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive, or they may have been left in a location you haven't checked (side door, mailbox, with a neighbor, in a package locker, etc.).
Step 2 — Contact the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact the carrier directly:
USPS: Contact your local post office or call USPS customer service at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). They can initiate a search for your package based on the tracking number.
UPS: Contact UPS customer service at 1-800-742-5877 or visit ups.com/help to open a trace on your package.
Step 3 — File a claim with the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost or stolen, you may file a claim directly with the carrier:

Because we insure our shipments, you may be eligible for reimbursement through the carrier's claims process.
We strongly recommend:
- Shipping to a secure address where packages can be received promptly (workplace, business, or a location with a secure package area).
- Using USPS Hold for Pickup at your local post office if you are concerned about package theft. This is a free service available at usps.com.
- Bringing your package inside as soon as possible after delivery.
Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong product or the wrong scent, please contact us at info@luxxybody.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product(s) you received
- A description of what was incorrect
If the error was on our end, we will ship the correct product to you at no additional charge.
Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
All Luxxybody product ingredients are listed on our product pages and on the product labels. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before purchasing, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
If you experience an adverse reaction to any of our products, please discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Contact us at info@luxxybody.com to let us know so we can document the issue and assist where possible.
Refunds are not issued for allergic reactions or sensitivities, as individual skin chemistry varies and all ingredients are clearly disclosed prior to purchase. We encourage patch testing any new skincare or body care product before full application.
